What we collect
Account details you give us: your name, the venue name, a phone number or email address, and the language you choose.
Records you create in the app: temperature readings, cleaning rounds, delivery checks, and the date and time each entry was made.
Basic technical information: device type, browser, and pages visited on this website, used to keep the service working and to understand which pages help.
Why we collect it
To run your account, store the records you enter, and show them back to you.
To support you when you contact us, including over WhatsApp.
To measure how the website performs, using Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools configured within it.
Your records stay yours
The records entered by your staff belong to your business. You can export them, dated and timed, at any time while your account is active.
We do not sell your records. We do not share them with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or with any other authority unless we are required to by law.
Storage and retention
Records are stored with our hosting and database providers and are kept while your account is active.
If you close your account, contact us to request an export or deletion of your data.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags. These set cookies that help us understand which pages and tools people use.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
